School of Rock Students should have some proficiency on their chosen instrument, and School of Rock works best in conjunction with already existing private tuition.
School of Rock is a music program for high school aged students- We have now expanded to include year six as well- you must be between 11 and 18.
There is not much one to one teacher time within the School of Rock sessions- sometimes extra help is needed. If the student is not already involved in private lessons, school of Rock teachers will be made available to you for private lessons on your particular instrument- either to help you with songs for the show, or to help you with scales, theory, or technique.
We are now accepting enrolments/ expressions of interest for term 3, which starts on Monday July 26th. '09.
