About Rockschool
Rockschool is the only exam board that specialises in Rock and Pop music qualifications. Rockschool is not a school: Our qualifications are taught by independent music teachers because the flexible and fun qualifications we produce deliver results.
Rockschool In Australia
Rockschool Regional Representative Brad Fuller is a bassist and music educator. He joined his first Rock 'n' Roll band at the age of 15 and began playing professionally a month later.
He toured New South Wales and Queensland for 18 months after leaving school and became a Jazzer by attending the Queensland Conservatorium of Music and later, the Victorian College of the Arts. Brad moved to Sydney in 1994 to continue to work as a professional musician touring the Asia Pacific region. He believes he has played every type of gig at least once from Greek Weddings to the Acer Arena.
Brad is a passionate Music Educator and began his career teaching Electric Bass Guitar at the famous "Bass Player" store in Sydney in 1994 and adding classroom music teaching in 1996. He holds a Master of Adult Education and attained the highest accolades in his 10 years as Head of Music at Oxford Falls Grammar School including the ASG National Excellence in Teaching award. His proudest achievement is his Top of State Award gained by completing a Rockschool Grade 8 Bass Exam - an award that wasn’t invented when he picked up the bass guitar as a 15 year old.
Brad has a long association with Rockschool having overseen the largest Rockschool centre in Australasia for 7 years at Oxford Falls Grammar School. The school used all of the Rockschool syllabi and materials with their students and Brad is excited to have an opportunity to share the knowledge he gained during that time in his role with Rockschool.
Alongside Rockschool, Brad lectures at the Australian Institute of Music (AIM), conducts teacher training for Teacher Training Australia (TTA) and is an associate of the Sydney Centre for Innovative Learning (NBCS).

Testimonials
“After tutoring guitar for the past 12 years, it wasn't until four years ago that a well rounded sensibly graded guitar tuition program was found. The Rockschool program provides a fun way of learning the guitar, giving the students new challenges on each Grade, and providing stability and clear benchmarks for their practice times.”
N. Gliddon - Guitar Tutor
"Rockschool is a fun way to introduce young musicians to some foundational elements of music such as, stylistic versatility, reading music and timekeeping. I highly recommend Rockschool for any contemporary music program."
J. Bedoukian - C3 College.
"Rockschool Graded Music Exams help my students to set goals and gain confidence. I love that Rockschool gives them the skills required to be a musician in the real world, and gives them the valuable opportunity of ensemble playing. Kids love this aspect especially!"
Ms. R. Fuller - Oxford Falls Grammar School and Oakhill College.
